ARTIST NOTES: I once read of an aboriginal mother telling her child, who'd been playing roughly with some white kids, to 'treat them gently, like moonlight on the skin'. I loved the story but more so the phrase & so I paint to this title (& will again).
I'm a retired industrial chemist (2018), and have several interests: travel, kayaking the bay, making red wine, photography, painting, pottery, collecting aboriginal art - all good hobbies. My own art style (I like to think) is 'quirky' and as I get more proficient with digital photography I hope to push my photography in a similar direction.
