ARTIST BIO

As a child my favourite toys were pastels. I was the despair of my mother… my drawing canvas was the walls of our home.

My father had a natural talent to design and he passed his chromosomes onto me.

I never went to art school, only some particular classes for understanding techniques, like fresco. My curious nature led me to discover art and artists.

My home land,Sicily, located between sea and land, fire and snow, is rich in colours: in all my works I use these vibrant colours, whether they are landscapes or cats (these are my preferred subjects).

I like mixing techniques and materials: chalk, gouache, pigment and pastels.

I paint to relax and to enjoy myself.

When I sell my works, I like to think that someone else shares with me my happy moments.
